{"id":2581,"date":"2026-02-19T23:53:29","date_gmt":"2026-02-19T22:53:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hayat.dk\/da-dk\/?p=2581"},"modified":"2026-02-19T23:35:50","modified_gmt":"2026-02-19T22:35:50","slug":"4-ud-af-10-unge-boligejere-i-koebenhavn-kommer-fra-velhavende-hjem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hayat.dk\/da-dk\/oekonomi\/4-ud-af-10-unge-boligejere-i-koebenhavn-kommer-fra-velhavende-hjem\/2581\/","title":{"rendered":"4 ud af 10 unge boligejere i K\u00f8benhavn kommer fra velhavende hjem"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Flere og flere unge boligejere i storbyomr\u00e5derne kommer fra de mest velhavende familier i Danmark.<\/p>\n<p>Det viser ny analyse fra Arbejderbev\u00e6gelsens Erhvervsr\u00e5d (AE) p\u00e5 baggrund af registerdata fra Danmarks Statistik.<\/p>\n<p>Mere end fire ud af ti 18-29-\u00e5rige boligejere i K\u00f8benhavns Kommune har for\u00e6ldre, der har en formue i den \u00f8verste tiendedel.<\/p>\n<p>Den andel er vokset over de seneste \u00e5r fra 38,0 procent i 2021 til 43,0 procent i starten af 2025 \u2013 mens det i Frederiksberg Kommune nu er over halvdelen af unge boligejere, der har velhavende for\u00e6ldre.<\/p>\n<p>Ogs\u00e5 i Aarhus Kommune er der sket en stigning \u2013 fra 31,2 procent til 32,0 procent.<\/p>\n<p>Til sammenligning er tallet p\u00e5 landsplan 14,3 procent af de unge boligejere, der har velhavende for\u00e6ldre. Det er ogs\u00e5 flere end tidligere.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hayat.dk\/da-dk\/bolig\/tjek-din-kommune-saa-mange-unge-boligejere-har-velhavende-foraeldre\/2597\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tjek din kommune: S\u00e5 mange unge boligejere har velhavende for\u00e6ldre<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Den sociale arv<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;De eksplosivt stigende boligpriser i de store byer betyder, at rige for\u00e6ldre i h\u00f8jere grad er afg\u00f8rende for, hvem der har mulighed for at blive boligejer som ung. I hovedstaden handler det i stigende grad om, hvilken familie du kommer fra, mens det uden for storbyerne stadig er muligt at k\u00f8be bolig uden at have velhavende for\u00e6ldre,&#8221; siger Sune Caspersen.<\/p>\n<h3>Fakta: Analysens hovedkonklusioner<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Hver syvende unge boligejere p\u00e5 18-29 \u00e5r har for\u00e6ldre, hvis formue placerer dem blandt de ti procent mest velhavende p\u00e5 deres \u00e5rgang. B\u00f8rnene fra velhavende hjem er dermed overrepr\u00e6senterede blandt de unge boligejere.<\/li>\n<li>Det er s\u00e6rligt i hovedstadsomr\u00e5det, Nordsj\u00e6lland og Aarhus, at unge boligejere med velhavende for\u00e6ldre er overrepr\u00e6senterede. I de \u00f8vrige storbyer Odense og Aalborg er der dog ogs\u00e5 en overrepr\u00e6sentation af unge boligejere med pengest\u00e6rke for\u00e6ldre.<\/li>\n<li>I K\u00f8benhavn er andelen af unge boligejere med velhavende for\u00e6ldre vokset kraftigt p\u00e5 f\u00e5 \u00e5r fra 38 procent i 2021 til 43 procent i starten af 2025.
